Return Policy:

In-store returns within 14 days of purchase can be exchanged or returned in full as long as tags are still attached and a valid receipt is shown, either from e-mail or text. All items that are returned must be unwashed, unworn, and still have tags attached. Items must also be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage. After 14 days, store credit will be issued. 14 days starts when you receive your pick-up notification. 

Online Returns are eligible for store credit only and will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the item being marked as delivered. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  All items that are returned must be unwashed, unworn, and still have tags attached. Items must also be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage.

The following items are not eligible for returns: Accessories (jewelry, flat socks, hats, drinkware, Bubble Island Bath Treats products), Bralettes, Gift Cards, or Final Sale/Clearance/Sale items. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Luna Nox Boutique is not responsible for any damages resulting from cutting into packaging with scissors/razor  blade, improper washing, OR improper removal of any tags- please cut tags off carefully rather than pulling them through the fabric.

If you need to return a Online purchase:

If the item qualifies for return (via store credit) per our Return Policy stated above you may send it back to the below address including the packing slip with any notes on the return/exchange. NOTE: if the item(s) arrive and we find that they do NOT qualify for return per our policy we will be unable to accept the item(s) back. In this case, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer**. If you are unsure if your item meets the requirements you can log into your account on our website to view past orders or check your email for order confirmation email. 

**If return shipping is not paid the items will be donated after 1 week for space reasons and Luna Nox Boutique is no longer responsible for replacement or refunds.

Defects: 

All items are inspected for quality before shipping, but occasionally a small defect will slip by my notice, which I sincerely apologize for. It is the customer's responsibility to fully inspect all items upon receipt to ensure satisfactory condition. If a defect is discovered, the return needs to be initiated within 3 business days of original delivery. (Tags *must* be intact in order to be eligible for return due to defect).
