Where is the store based?

We are US based store, however, our primary warehouse is based in Asia. We do have US warehouse for our current promotion of Star Wars & our Luna Nox merch, those items ship from the US.
*Item description will tell you where it ships from so it comes as no surprise to you*
Star Wars shirts/hoodies ship within 7-10 days as our supplier makes the items after the order is placed.
Most items are shipped within 3-5days after the order is placed.

What are the store's return and exchange policy?

  • Returning or exchanging items we have a 30-day policy for.
  • A quality problem you have 7 days from the time you receive your item to notify us and send photo evidence.
You will have to pay for the return shipping for all returns/exchanges, once we look at the item we will give you store credit to purchase the same item or use for a different item.If the issue is a quality problem we replace and ship a new item for free as long as you have proof of purchase, the item has all tags still attached, is in the condition it came in, and send us the defective item to receive your refund.

Do we accept orders outside the US?

Normally we also ship to the UK, Canada, & Australia as well, however, our current promotion has license restrictions hence we can only ship to US customers.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our current promotion of Star Wars ships out within 7-10 days after placing your order on shirts/hoodies.The warehouse is in the US, they make the item once the order is placed. Other Star Wars merch will ship out within 3-5 days.

Other Items are shipped via e-packet which is between 12-25 days.

When will my order ship?

Orders can vary sometimes and take 3-5 days to process after placing the order before shipping out as well as holidays can make it fluctuate with the number of orders that are being made. We do not ship on weekends.

*Note: Non-Star Wars items shipping time to the United States takes about 12-25 business days to reach your door*

 

 What if I don't get my package?

If you do not get your package within 30 days holidays (ie.Halloween, Christmas may have more delay) We will refund you full 100% guaranteed with store credit.

Only one of my items came in the package... Where's the rest?

The items in our store can ship from a different warehouse and in most cases will be shipped in separate packages at no additional cost to you. Each item description will tell you where the item is shipped from so it is no surprise to you on the wait time.

Let us know if there is still something missing after waiting a bit longer and we will look into it.

 Where's my tracking number?

We typically have these sent out automatically by our robot so you should get one. If you, however, didn't receive an email from us with your order information and we'll be happy to help.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Some of our vendors use shipment methods that don't offer tracking numbers for their shipments out. Shoot us a message and we'll figure it out for you if our vendors can offer us the tracking info. We offer protection on any orders that exceed the standard shipping times of 25-45 business days. Please contact us if you need support.

Missing package, what should I do?

If you have not received your order within the timeframe established for U.S. shipping please check with your local delivery system to ensure the package was not mistakenly placed nearby (at a neighbor's house for example).

In the case that the product is not delivered, email us with your order information.
